摘 要:1993年在甘蓝型油菜92P×甘蓝型聚生角果油菜辐照后代中发现的不育材料NEA,其天然种或测交后代不育株的不育度均为100%。用性状优良的双低甘蓝型油菜自交系连续回交,育成了JL-14、JL-18两份双低不育系。研制出能恢复JL-4、JL-18不育性且F1优势强的材料6720和6722两份。经过JL-4、JL-18恢保关系测定和恢复基因的遗传研究表明,它们是不同于Polcms和陕2A的不育胞质类型,恢复基因为一对显性核基因。The male sterile NEA plants were discovered in the radiated progenies of 92P X Aggregate-silique in Brassica napus L. in 1993. Their progeny plants of testcrossing or open-pollinating were all male sterile. The double-low male sterile lines JL-4 and JL-18 were bred through continually backcrossing to NEA using double-low variety No. 4 and No. 18 in Brassica napus L. The restorers 6720 and 6722 which could restore the male sterile fertility of JL-4 and JL-18 were developed. The heterosis of F1 was very strong. It showed that JL-4 and JL-18 were a new CMS type,which was different from PolCMS type and Shaan 2A type by genetic study and determination of restoring-maintaining relationship. Their male sterile character was controlled by sterile cytoplasm and a pair of recessive genie genes. Their restoring genes were a pair of dominant genie genes.
