抗动物皮癣菌病与螨虫病联合缓释剂研制与应用

摘　　要：研制成功抗动物皮癣菌病与螨虫病联合缓释剂 (每ml含阿维菌素 1.2mg ,灰黄霉素 90mg) ,并对其疗效进行了研究。结果表明 ,按兔 1ml/只、猪和羊 0 .1ml/kg体重的剂量肌肉注射联合缓释剂 ,用药后第 3天开始痒觉明显减轻 ,第 5天有 2 5 / 31病例螨虫检查阴性 ,第 7～ 10天病灶逐渐缩小 ,第 10天、15天分别有 2 6 / 31和 2 9/ 31病例真菌检查阴性。与口服药物相比 ,肌肉注射联合缓释剂见效快 ,疗效好 ,用药后 10～ 30天即可痊愈 ,且有效期长达In order to observe the effect of slow released griseofulvin and avermectin combined agent(SRGACA) treating tinea and seabies in animal, we used β cyclodextrin to pack griseofulvin and avermectin, then obtained a SRGACA. The results of clinical experiment showed that the three groups of rabbits, pigs and goats intramuscularly injected 1ml/rabbit, 0.1 ml/kg and 0.1 ml/kg of SRGACA respectively had better prevention and treatment effect. Tickle suffering began to be alleviated after 3 d. 25/31 animals showed negative in examination of parasitology in 5 d. The foci were gradually reduced 7-10 d later. 26/31 and 29/31 animals showed negative in examination of mycology in 10 and 15 d. All the animals were fully recovered in 10-30 d. The effect of SRGACA is quicker and better than that of orally taken drug . The term of validity is more than 5 months.
