摘 要:目的 :利用多普勒组织显像技术 (DTI)评价家猪在制备急性冬眠心肌 (AHM)模型前后室壁运动的变化情况 ,分析 DTI技术评价室壁运动的价值。方法 :对 13只小型中国家猪采用闭胸介入法制备 AHM模型 (以右冠状动脉为靶血管 ) ,在二尖瓣、乳头肌、心尖三个短轴切面上 ,于模型制备前后观察各节段收缩期 (S波 )室壁运动峰值速度 (Vs)的变化情况。处死动物 ,对心脏行 TTC大体染色及光镜检查。结果 :110只动物 (76 .92 % )成功制备成模型 ,病理检查未示心肌坏死改变 ;2正常状态下 ,前壁、后壁、下壁基底段的 Vs>中段 >心尖段 ;在同一水平 ,前壁、后壁、下壁的 Vs>侧壁、间隔 ;3模型制备成功后 ,右冠支配的后壁、下壁的 Vs明显降低。结论 :DTI技术能定量、客观、直接地评价室壁运动 ,可较敏感地检测到室壁运动速度的异常变化 。Objective:To investigate the value of Doppler tissue imaging(DTI)in assessing wall motions of swine by observe the changes of velocities of wall motion in different status.Methods:13 little domestic Chinese swine were established to the model of acute hibernating myocardium (AHM)by interventional method(closed chest),RCA were performed as targert vessels,Systolic peak velocity(Vs)of wall motion were recorded in the stage of normal and AHM model were established.In the end,animals were killed,the heart was stained with TTC and the histomography changes of AHM cells were assessed by mircroscope.Results:1 10 animals(76 92%)were established to the model of AHM successfully,myocardium necrosis were not found,swelled nucleolus and dilated capillaries were found under the microscope.2.In normal status,Vs of wall motion has such characteristics as:base segments>middle>apex in anterior wall(AW),posterior wall(PW)and inferior wall(IW);Vs of AW,PW and IW>lateral wall(LW)and septal wall(SW) in the same level;3.Vs of PW and IW decreased significantly after AHM model were established.Conclusions:DTI can assess wall motion quantitatively,directly and objectively,it can detect abnormal wall motion sensitively and it can assess the physiological characteristics of the heart.
