摘  要:以MS培养基为基础 ,通过改变植物激素配比和添加附加物 ,确定了适合籼稻愈伤组织的诱导、继代和再生的优化条件。用不同的抗生素与除草剂 (Bar)处理愈伤组织 ,揭示了愈伤组织与抗生素和除草剂之间的关系 ,确定筛选具有卡那霉素 (Kan)或Bar抗性标记的转化子筛选浓度。同时通过不同抗生素的组合 ,选择出抑制共培养后的籼稻愈伤组织表面残余农杆菌合适条件。Suitable media were optimized for Indica calli induction, subculture, selection and differentiation by regulating the ratio between plant hormones and adding some supplements After calli were treated by different antibiotic and Bar, the effects between antibiotic or Bar and Indica rice calli were obtained for screening rice transformation with Kanamycin or Bar resistance Optical conditions with different antibiotic were selected to restrain Agrobacterium tumefaciens lines which left on the surface of calli after co-incubated
