乌三颗粒提高腹水型荷瘤小鼠生存质量实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨乌三颗粒提高腹水型荷瘤小鼠的生存质量。方法 :昆明种小鼠腹腔分别接种腹水型S180 和肝癌 ( He PA)癌性腹水 ,用乌三颗粒灌胃 1 0天 ,记录各组小鼠死亡时间 ,统计生存期延长率。结果 :乌三颗粒在 1 6.0 g/kg剂量下 ,对 S180 和 He PA癌性腹水型小鼠生存期延长率分别达 5 5 %和 5 7%以上。结论 :乌颗粒能明显延长恶性肿瘤小鼠的生存期。Object: To probe into the survival quality of burdening tumour mice in ascites style treated by Wu San granule. Methods: Kun Min mice were respectively given by ascites S 180 and HepA ascites in intraperitoneal injection, then, by Wu San granule in gastric canal, recording the dead time and calculating the survial prolonged rate.Result: The survival prolonged rates of mice in S 180 and HepA ascites come up to over 55% and 57% respectively. Conclusion: Wu San granule can be used to prolonged the survival time of mice of malignant tumour.
