狼疮肾患者外周血T细胞交联素V及Fas配体研究

摘　　要：目的　研究狼疮性肾炎患者外周血 T细胞交联素 V和 Fas配体 (Fas L )的表达。　方法　应用流式细胞术定量检测了 2 0名狼疮性肾炎患者和 10名正常对照者的外周血 T细胞体外培养 48h前后 Annexin V和 Fas L的表达。　结果　狼疮肾组外周血淋巴细胞计数与正常对照组相比 ,差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;狼疮肾组 Annexin V和 Fas L表达显著高于正常对照组(P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组 Annexin V、Fas L和血沉三者间呈显著正相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。　结论　狼疮性肾炎患者的 T细胞凋亡增加 ,且与狼疮活动性呈正比。 T细胞凋亡的重要途径之一是通过 Fas L系统发生的。Objective To investigate the Annexin V and FasL expression of peripheral blood T cells of patiens with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis. Methods Annexin V and FasL of peripheral T cells were measured before and after cultured with no stimulus for 48 hours by flow cytometry from 20 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis and 10 healthy volunteers. Results There was no statistic significance of peripheral blood lymphocytes count between patients with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis and healthy volunteers(P>0.05). The Annexin V and FasL of T cells were significantly increased in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis in comparison with healthy volunteers(P<0.05). There was significant positive correlation among Annexin V, FasL and ESR in two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The apoptosis of T cells patients with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis were accelerated,which were related to the active status of SLE. One of the apoptotic signal in systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis was modulated by FasL system.
