中药足疗治疗慢性肾功能不全临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法 :将 115例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分成治疗组 5 8例 ,对照组 5 7例。 2组均给予控制血压 ,纠正酸中毒、电解质紊乱 ,给予低蛋白、低磷饮食及对症处理。治疗组使用中药 2 0 0 0ml足疗 ,每天早晚各 1次。对照组给予口服包醛氧化淀粉 ,每次 10 g ,每日 3次。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 84 .4 8% ,与对照组 6 1.4 0 %比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;两组症状改善情况比较 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血尿素氮 (BUN)、血肌酐 (Scr)比较 ,治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较明显降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,与对照组治疗后比较也有好转 (P <0 .0 1) ;两组治疗前后比较BUN ,Scr变化和症状改善情况都有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :中药足疗治疗慢性肾功能不全有起效快、疗程短、患者易于接受等特点 ,且无任何毒副作用 ,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effects of treating feet with traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) on chronic renal failure (CRF). Method:115 patients of chronic renal failure,with controlled pressure,impoved acidosis and disturbances of body water and electrolyte metabolism,having dinners of low protein and low phosphate,were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group(n=58) patients were performed the treatment for feet through TCM 2000ml twice a day,and in the control group (n=57) oxide starch 10g were orally taken three times per day.Results:The total efficiency rate (84.48%) increased significantly in the treatment group compared with that in the control group (61.4%, P <0.01).Compared with the control levels,the serum levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine obviously decreased ( P <0.01).Conclusions:Treating feet with TCM can be easily and effectively applied to the treatment for chronic renal failure.
