摘  要:目的 研究外源性给予江浙蝮蛇毒提取的神经生长因子 (sNGF)对大鼠坐骨神经损伤的修复作用。方法 建立大鼠坐骨神经钳夹模型 ,局部滴加药物和术后肌注sNGF ,通过展爪反射、趾间距、自切及脊髓诱发电位 (SEP)、运动诱发电位 (MEP)评定 ,观察坐骨神经修复情况。结果 sNGF治疗可使伤后SEP、MEP提早出现 ,减轻自切 ,改善后肢运动功能。结论 蛇毒提取的NGF对大鼠坐骨神经损伤修复具有促进作用。Objective To investigate the effects of snake nerve growth factor(sNGF)on repair of crushed sciatic nerves in rats.?Methods Animal models of the crushed sciatic nerve were established in 30 wistar rats,and were divided into 3 groups:normal saline(NS) group, snake nerve growth factor(sNGF) group and normal control group.The sNGF was applied locally and injected intramuscularly once a day for 14 days after operation.Functional repair for the crushed sciatic nerves was studied by the examination of somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP),motor evoked potentials(MEP),distance between the first and fifth toes (TS)and observation of autotomy.?Results At 2 weeks after crushing, the SEP was elicited in 86% of sNGF group,and in 26%of NS group(P<0.01),the SEP's latency of NS group was longer than sNGF group at 4 weeks.The MEP was elicited in 76% of sNGF group and none in the control group(P< 0.01) at 2 weeks.The TS was longer than that of the control group at 2,3 weeks.?Conclusion NGF can significantly promote the functional repair of injured peripheral nerve.
