摘　　要：目的对广西实现２０００年消除碘缺乏病阶段目标进行评估。方法每个地、市随机抽取２个县市进行盐碘、尿碘、甲状腺肿大率、健康教育等指标分析。结果居民合格碘盐食用率９７．７６％；尿碘中位数３７５．２６μｇ／Ｌ；８～１０岁儿童甲状腺肿大率３．６３％。３项指标达到碘缺乏病消除标准。结论广西实现２０００年消除碘缺乏病阶段目标。Objective In order to evalute the elimination of IDD in Guangxi Province by the year 2000.Methods Examination and determination of all the indic ators are conducted by national unified standard methods.Results Consuming rate of qualified iodized salt is 97.76%，median uri-nary iodine is 375.26ug/L，and goiter rate of children aged 8～10 years old is 3.63%.Three indi-cators have attained the criteria of elimination of IDD.Conclusion The stage goal of elimination of IDD in Guangxi Province by the year 2000 has reached.
