植物一内生真菌次生代谢产物的研究(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：目的 :对一种对植物生长有明显促进作用的头孢霉属真菌的发酵菌丝体化学成分进行研究。方法 :柱色谱分离 ,现代物理和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果 :分离鉴定了 3 异丙基 6 异丁基 2 ,5 哌嗪二酮 (Ⅰ ) ,硫酸胆碱(Ⅱ ) ,鞘安醇 (Ⅲ )等 11个化合物。结论 :Ⅰ ,Ⅱ为首次从头孢霉属真菌中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the cultured mycelia of a fungus Cephalosporium which accelerate the growth of plant.Method:The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified by advanced physical and spectral analysis.Result:Eleven compounds including 3-isopropyl-6-(1-methylpropyl) piperazine-2, 5-dione(Ⅰ), choline sulfate(Ⅱ), 2-[(2-hydroxy tetracosanoyl) amino]-1, 3, 4-octadecatriol(Ⅲ) were isolated and identified.Conclusion:Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ were isolated from Cephalosporium genus for the first time.
