摘 要:目的 :研究鼬瓣花的化学成分。方法 :色谱和光谱分析法分离和鉴定化学成分。结果 :分离并鉴定了10个化合物 ,为柯伊利素 (1) ,5 ,7 二羟基 3′ ,4′ 二甲氧基黄酮 (2 ) ,常春藤皂苷元 (3) ,胡萝卜苷 (4 ) ,角胡麻苷 (5 ) ,ajugoside(6 ) ,8 acetylharpagide(7) ,5 ,7,4′ 三羟基 3′ 甲氧基黄酮 7 O 葡萄糖苷 (8) ,5 ,6 ,7,4′ 四羟基黄酮 7 O 葡萄糖苷 (9) ,5 ,7,3′ ,4′ 四羟基黄酮 7 O 葡萄糖苷 (10 )。结论 :ajugoside和 8 acetylharpagide为首次从鼬瓣花属植物中分得 ,其余化合物为首次从该植物中分得。Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Galeopsis bifida .Method:Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses.Result and Conclusion:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as chrysoeriol(1),5,7-dihydroxy-3′,4′-dimethoxyflavone(2),hederagenin(3), daucosterol(4), martynoside(5), ajugoside(6), 8-acetyl harpagid(7), 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′-methoxyflavone-7- O -β- D -glucoside(8), 5,6,7,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone-7- O -β- D -glucoside(9) and 5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone-7- O -β- D - glucoside(10). Compound 6, 7 were found from genus Galeopsis for the first time and rest of compounds were found from G. bifida for the first time.
