摘　　要：文章通过实施全方位后勤社会化的体会 ,结合国内外大中型医院后勤管理的经验和教训 ,剖析了医院后勤管理改革在观念、概念、畏难、关系、价格、利益及竞争等Combined with the experiences and lessons of logistics management in large or middle scale hospitals and the author's experiences in the process of socializing hospital logistic, this paper discusses the seven misapprehensions in the reform of hospital logistic management from seven aspects that are cognition, conception, fearing difficulties, relationship, price, benefit and competition.
