摘　　要：医德医风是医院管理的基础 ,是医院精神文明建设的重要组成部分 ;也是医务工作者必须具备的品质。医德医风的好坏 ,直接关系患者的健康安危 ,关系到医院的社会效益和经济效益 ,关系到以医疗卫生事业后继人才的素质。所以 ,必须加强制度建设 ,强化监督制约机制 ;使医德管理规范化、科学化 。Medical ethics is the base of hospital management, part of spiritual civilization, and also the quality of medical staff. Medical ethics relates to health of patients, social and financial benefit of hospitals, and quality of successors. So it is important to strengthening system construction to enhance supervising mechanism to ensure the management more standard and scientific.
