摘  要:用代谢笼法观测了益肾固泉液对正常大鼠、水负荷大鼠和加用利尿药大鼠的尿量 ,用火焰光度法测定尿中K+ 、Na+ ;用硫氰酸比色法测尿中Cl 。结果益肾固泉液对正常大鼠 2 4小时尿量无影响 ,10g/kg益肾固泉液显著减少水负荷大鼠 1小时尿量 ;2 0 g/kg对水负荷大鼠 1小时、4小时、6小时尿量和总尿量均比对照组显著减少 ;10g/kg、2 0 g/kg对加用利尿药安体舒通的大鼠有明显的抗利尿作用。益肾固泉液对水负荷大鼠尿中K+ 的排出明显多于对照组 ,对Na+ 、Cl 的排出量无显著影响。上述结果表明益肾固泉液对正常大鼠无抗利尿作用 。The antidiuretic effect of YGL was reported in this paper. The effect of YGL on urine volume in normal rats, water bearing rats and rats given antidiuretic drugs was observed, and quantitative analysis of K +, Na + and Cl in the urine was made. The results showed that there was no significant difference in urine volume in normal rats during 24h between YGL group and the control. Action of YGL at dosage of 10g/kg was significantly different in water bearing rats during 1 h from the control group. At 20g/kg, YGL has also significant effect on total or each phase of urine volume during 1h, 4h and 6h in water bearing rats. 10g/kg and 20g/kg of YGL had remarked antidiuretic effect, which is different significantly from the control, in rats treated with antisterone, a antidiuretic. With flame photometer and colorimetric method, K +, Na + and Cl in urine collected were measured. The results indicated that YGL had no influence on K +, Na + and Cl content in normal rats and Na +, Cl in water bearing rats, but amount of K + was more than that of the control in water bearing rats. The results suggested that YGL have remarked antidiuretic effect in water bearing rats and rats treated with a antidiuretic drug.
