消炎利胆液中频交流电循经导入治疗慢性胆囊炎临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的　观察在中频交流电的作用下穴位循经导入中药治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法　将龙胆草等中药用醇沉法制成消炎利胆液 ,通过中频交流电经胆俞、日月、期门等穴循经导入体内 ,治疗慢性胆囊炎 6 5例 ,同时对照观察口服中药 5 2例 ,单纯理疗 6 2例。结果　总有效率 :导入组 :95 4 % ,中药组 :78 8% ,理疗组 :6 9 5 % (P <0 0 5 )。结论　本疗法克服了直流电导入的某些不足 ,成本低 ,操作简便 ,尤其适用于成分复杂的中草药的导入。Objective To observe the curative effect and discuss its mechanism on treatment of chronic cholecytitis (CC) with Chinese medicine guided with mid-frequency current at the points along Jing. Methods The self-prepared XL with Chines traditional drug such as Radix Gentianae guided with mid-frequency current at the points of Danyu, Riyue, Qimen and so on along Jing for 65 cases of CC patients. The oral intake of XL 52 cases of CC and physiotherapy 62 cases were as control groups. Results The total curative effects were 95.4% in Guided group, 78.8% in Oral group and 69.5% in physiotherapy group (P<0.05). Conclusion This method could overcome some shortcomings of guided mid-frequency current and might have low price, easy to perform and especially for guiding the complex Chinese traditional drug.
