摘　　要：强直性脊柱炎是一种常见的全身性、慢性、炎症性疾病 ,病变以骶髂关节炎为标志 ,强调早期诊断、早期使用改善病情的药物 ,并且联合用药 ,这是遏制病情 ,降低致残率 。Ankylosing spondylitis is one kind of common systemic, chronic and inflammatory disease. The indication of this disease is sacroilliac arthritis. The combination treatment, early diagnosis and early treatment are needed to improve the situation, inhibit its development. This might be key point to decrease ratio of disability and improve the life quality.
