活跃期人工破膜对产程的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨在活跃期实施人工破膜对产程的影响。方法　宫颈开大 3～ 5cm时 ,出现胎头下降迟缓 ,即实施人工破膜。结果　 4 0 0例实施人工破膜病例中 ,第 1产程平均 (3 2± 1 3)h ;宫颈开大速度平均 (2 8± 1 7)mm/h ;产后出血量平均 93ml;Apger氏评分≥ 7分占 97%。结论　活跃期人工破膜操作方便、安全 ;产程明显缩短 。Objective To discuss the affection on stage of labor at active phase with artificial rupture of fetal membrane. Methods The artificial rupture was performed when uterus cervix dilated at 3～5cm and fetal head decreased slowly. Results 400 cases underwent this method at first phase of 3.2+1.3h in average and the dilated speed of uterus cervix was 2.8+1.7cm/h. The postpartum bleeding was 93ml in average and Apger score of≥7 was 97%. Conclusion The artificial rupture of fetal membrane at active stage should be convenient and safe. The course of labor was decreased obviously so that to decrease complication and ratio of neonatal asphyxia.
