透明质酸钠结合中药预防术后腹膜粘连的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨透明质酸钠结合中药对术后腹膜粘连的预防作用。方法　将 4 0只家兔随机分成A、B、C、D4组 ,均制作肠粘连模型 ,取A组为对照组 ,B组、D组在腹腔内损伤部位注入透明质酸钠 2 0ml,C组、D组术后胃内灌注中药 (自拟方 )。结果　 4组粘连差异显著。其中A组粘连广泛、致密 ,D组粘连轻微。Objective To discuss the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with Chinese drug in preventing abdominal adhesion. Methods 40 rabbits were randomly divided into A, B, C and D groups. Adhesion were created Group A as control. Sodium hyaluronate were applied on serosal injury site of Group B and Group D, Chinese drug was taken in stomach of Group C and D postoperatively. Results There were significant difference in adhesions among 4 groups, Group A extensive, dense adhesion;Group D mild adhesion. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with Chinese drug could prevent postoperative intraperitoneal adhesion obviously.
