摘 要:采用半熔纺制备工艺,通过改变纺丝液配方和凝固条件以提高CTA 中空纤维的耐压性和膜的结构致密性,制得适用于中盐度苦咸水的脱盐用中空纤维。测试条件:2.5 MPa 压力下以5000 mg/L 的NaCl 进料液,脱盐率大于93%,水通量大于0.65 ml/(cm^2·h),用此纤维制得一批反渗透组件,在1500 mg/LHaCl 为进料,2.5MPa下连续运转1000多小时组件脱盐率大于91%,水通量大于32t/d(回收率75%)。Because adopt these means,such as change of the composition of spin-ning mixture and change of the condition of coagulating bath,the compr-essive property and compactaness of membrene structure of CTA hollowfibre was improved,during the technological process of half-melf spinning.The hollow fibre was prepared by this way could be applied to desalin-ation from brackish water.Salt rejection remained over than 93% andpermeability 0.65 ml/(cm^2·h) with 5000 mg/l NaCl feed solution at 2.5 MPaoperating pressure.A batch of modules (8″) here been assembled fromthe fibre,and Lonh-term testing was conducted on these modules for periodsof up to 1000h.Typical results were productivity 32t/d,salf rejectiongreater than 91% with operating conditions 2.5 MPa,1500 mg/l NaCl solutionand water recovery over 75%.
