免疫增强状态下大鼠淋巴结中ACTH免疫阳性细胞数量变化与免疫功能的相关关系

摘　　要：目的 :研究在免疫增强应答中 ,淋巴结促肾上腺皮质激素免疫阳性 (ACTH- ir)细胞数量的动态变化以及与体液、细胞免疫的相关关系。方法 :取成年雄性 SD大鼠建立动物模型。在免疫增强过程中 ,按不同时序取样五次 ,分别检测血清 Ig G含量与颌下淋巴结单位面积中 ACTH- ir细胞和 CD2 5阳性细胞数量的动态变化。结果 :ACTH- ir细胞数量在初次免疫刺激后显著上升 ,在第 6天达到峰值 (P<0 .0 5 )。此后随机体免疫状况增强而迅速下降 ,于第 2 6天降到最低值 (P<0 .0 5 )。多因素相关分析显示 (ACTH- ir)细胞和 CD2 5阳性细胞在数量上呈负相关关系 ;而 (ACTH- ir)细胞数量与 IL- 2 ,Ig G含量间未发现有相关关系。结论 :结果提示在免疫增强状态下 ,CD2 5阳性细胞对 (ACTH- ir)细胞可能具有竞争性抑制作用。PURPOSE:To investigate the relationship between quantity of ACTH ir cell and cellular immunity,humoral immunity during immunoenhancement.METHODS:Male SD rats were immunized to be the animal model.In the course of immune responses,the rats were sampled to measure the concentration of total IgG in serum and the quantities of ACTH ir cells and CD 25 positive cells in lymphonodi submandibulares in several time-phase.RESULT:The quantities of the ACTH ir cells reached its peak in 6th day after first immunization and then decrease promptly to the least in twenty-6th day.The results of multi-factor analysis showed that there is a negative relationship between the quantities of ACTH ir cells and CD 25 positive cells.CONCLUSION:The results of research suggested that CD 25 positive cells may competitively inhibited ACTH ir cells.
