摘  要:目的:研究哺乳类冬眠动物花栗鼠(tamiasstriatus)的心电图特点。方法:用热笔式心电图机记录花栗鼠冬眠与非冬眠状态的心电图。结果:本实验得出花栗鼠的心电图特点为:①温暖季节,活泼花栗鼠的心电图P波与T波重叠无TP段,T波的初始部分与QRS波的末尾部分相接无ST段。此时额面QRS电轴方向为75~90°,平均心率为496次/分;②在冬季因为花栗鼠处于冬眠阵不同时相,其心电图发生很大变化。在花栗鼠处于冬眠阵的觉醒时相,其心电图也和温暖季节活泼花栗鼠的心电图不同。此时P波不再与T波重叠,额面QRS电轴方向约为70°,心率约为376次/分。而当花栗鼠深冬眠时,心电图各波电压较高,P波不与T波重叠有TP段,额面QRS电轴方向约为60°。此时T波的起始部分仍然和QRS波的末尾部分相接无ST段,心电图各部分均有锯齿波,出现心肌连续放电现象,心率约为75次/分。结论:温暖季节,活泼花栗鼠的心电图与大白鼠的心电图相似;在冬季由于花栗鼠处于冬眠阵不同时相,其心电图变化复杂,个体差异较大。Purpose:To study Tamias striatus,ECG.Method:Tamias striatus,ECG was recorded with a electrocardiograph under hibernation,and under waking conditions.Result:The experiments demonstrated the following characters of Tamias striatus,ECG.(1)Under brisk conditions in warm season,the P wave is up the T wave,the ECG hadn't TP segment.The beginning part of the T wave is connected with the end of QRS complex.The ECG hadn't ST segment.The QRS electric axis of frontal surface was75-90°.The average heart rate was496beats /min.(2)Tamias striatus,ECG was very different in every hibernation period.ECG in waking condition of hibernation period was different from brisk condition in warm season.The P wave was not up the T wave.The QRS electric axis of frontal surface was about 70°.The heart rate was about 376beats /min.When Tamias striatus were in deep hibernation,voltage of ECG was higher.The P wave wasn't up the T wave,and ECG had TP segment.The QRS electric axis of frontal surface was60°.The beginning part of T wave connected with the end of QRS complex.Every part of ECG had sawtooth wave.There are successive electric release of heart muscle.The heart rate was75beats /min.Conclusion:Tamias striatus,ECG is similar to rat's ECG in the brisk condition.When they hibernate,their ECG is very complicated and their individual difference is apparent.
