摘  要:目的 研究脑内连合间径 (ICD)值及其可能存在的种族差异 ,为立体定向神经外科手术提供脑内核团定位参考依据。方法 应用MRI容积扫描及多层重建技术 ,测量 82 0例帕金森病患者ICD长度值 ,并与 12 8例白种人 (亦为帕金森病患者 )ICD的MRI长度值进行对比 ,并与Schaltenbrand&Wahren脑标准图谱和姚家庆等人提供的脑标本研究结果进行对比。结果 中、西方人ICD长度的MRI测量值 ,以及schaltenbrand&Wahren脑标准图谱中ICD长度之间均无显著差异。姚家庆关于ICD长度的结论与上述三者有差异 ,可能源自脑标本处理上的技术问题。结论 MRI技术能够提供足够准确的ICD值 。Objective To analysis the average value and possible race difference of the cerebral intercommissural distance(ICD).To offer scientific reference data of intracranial nucleus for stereotactic neurosurgery.Methods Eight hundreds and twenty consecutive parkinsonian patients underwent MRI volume scanning and multiplane reconstruction.Their cerebral ICD distance were measured in comparing with that of 128 Caucasian parkinsonian patients.We also compared the ICD distance of brain samples provided by professor Yao Jiaqing with that of the worldwide adopted brain atlas--Schaltenbrand & Wahren.Results The ICD distance of MRI between Chinese and Caucasian people along with the ICD distance of standard brain atlas of Schaltenbrand & Wahren has no significant difference.The significance difference between ICD distance of brain samples provided by professor Yao and the others maybe comes from technical reasons.Conclusions The ICD distance of human brain can be measured accurately by MRI scanning.We found no race difference of ICD distance.
