交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的有关问题探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的有关问题。方法 :回顾性分析 60例胫骨骨折应用交锁髓内钉治疗的结果 ,其中男 48例 ,女 1 2例。平均年龄 3 3岁。闭合骨折 41例 ,开放骨折 1 9例。除 3例ⅢＡ 型急诊手术未扩髓外 ,余均采用有限扩髓固定 , 5例为开放整复 ,余为闭合整复。结果 :平均随访 1 4个月 ,骨折全部愈合 ,按Ｊｏｈｎｅｒ Ｗｒｕｈ评分标准 ,优 43例 ,良 1 3例。结论 :只要掌握好手术指征 。Objective:To study of related problems on fractures of the tibia treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.Methods:A retrospective review of 60 patients with tibial fractures were treated with the interlocking nail.Of the patients,48 were male and 12 female,The average age were 33 years.Close fracture were 41 cases and open fracture 19 cases.Inserting the nail without reamer were in 3 cases with open fracture(Ⅲ A),the other cases were treated with limited reamer,There were 5 open and 55 closed reduction.Results:Patients were followed up for an average of 14 months,all fractures healed.The effect was evaluated according to the criteria of Johner and Wruh.There were 43 cases assessed as excellent,13 as good.Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nail is a good internal fixation for treatment of fractures of the tibia as long as appropriate indication being selected.
