前臂骨折内固定及环状韧带重建术治疗孟氏骨折(附36例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨前臂骨折内固定及环状韧带重建术治疗孟氏骨折的方法与疗效。方法 :采用前臂骨折整复内固定和制备带蒂深筋膜条或游离阔筋膜条再造环状韧带技术 ,在 4年内治疗孟氏骨折 36例。结果 :所有病例术后随访 1～3.5年 (平均 2 .5年 ) ,按照Broberg和Morrey疗效评估标准 ,优良率达 91.7%。结论 :该术式设计合理并易于掌握 ,恢复了前臂的完整性 ,疗效理想。Objective:To investigate the method and effect of forearm fracture internal fixation and annular ligament reconstruction in the treatment of Monteggia's fracture.Methods:The technique of fracture reduction fixation and annular ligament reconstruction with deep fascia pedicle or freeing fascia lata were used to treat 36 patients within four years.Results:All patients were followed up for 1～3.5 years with an average of 2.5 years,according to the assessment of arthroplasty of Brobery and Morrey,the excellent and good rate is 91.7%.Conclusion:The operation had reasonable design and it was easy to be managed,might restore completion of forearm,the curative effect was excellent.
