痛血康胶囊治疗中重度癌性疼痛30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究痛血康胶囊对中重度癌性疼痛的止痛作用。方法 :3 0例确诊为恶性肿瘤并伴有中重度癌性疼痛患者 ,服用痛血康胶囊 2粒、保险子 1粒 ,均 3次 /日。结果 :痛血康胶囊配合保险子对中度癌性疼痛有效率为 66.7% ,重度疼痛为 87.5 % ,总有效率为 83 .3 %。对内脏痛、骨痛、软组织浸润疼痛的有效率分别为 90 % ,80 % ,87.5 %。该药副作用轻微 ,无成瘾性及呼吸抑制等副作用。结论 :痛血康胶囊配合保险子对中重度癌性疼痛具有肯定的止痛作用 ,且作用持久。Objective: It is to study the effect of Tongxuekang capsule on relieving moderate and serious cancer pain. Methods: Thirty patients with moderate and serious cancer pain were treated with Tongxuekang capsule 2 granules and Baoxianzi 1 granule a time, three times a day. Results: The effective rates of Tongxuekang capsule and Baoxianzi on moderate and serious cancer pain were 66.7% and 87.5% respectively, and the total effective rate was 83.3%. The effective rates of those on internal organ pain, bone pain and soft tissular pain were 90%, 80% and 87.5% respectively. The side effect was slight, and there was no drug addiction and breathing restraint. Conclusion: Tongxuekang compatible with Baoxianzi has effect on assuaging cancer pain, and the effect is persistent, and its safety is high.
