摘　　要：目的 :应用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方氧氟沙星滴眼液中氧氟沙星的含量。方法 :用外标法 ,以Shim -packODS为固定相 ,枸橼酸 (0 05mol/L) -乙腈 -醋酸铵 (0 5mol/L) -0 3 %磷酸 (78∶22∶1∶3)为流动相 ,检测波长为293nm ,流速为1 0ml/min。结果 :氧氟沙星线性范围为8 12μg～40 6μg(r=0 9996 ,n=5) ,平均回收率为99 29 % ,RSD=0 57 % (n=6)。结论 :本法简便、快速。OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine the content of ofloxacin in compound ofloxacin eye drops METHODS:Using Shim-pack ODS as fixed phase,a mixture to citric acid(0 05mol/L)-acetonitrile-ammonium acetate(0 5mol/L)-0 3% phosphoric acid(78∶22∶1∶3)as mobile phase,and detecting wavelength:293nm,flow rate:1 0ml/min RESULTS:The linear range of ofloxacin was 8 12μg～40 6μg(r=0 9 996,n=5) The average recovery was 99 29% and RSD(n=6)was 0 57% CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,simple and accurate
