摘  要:详细探讨了热管内纤维与热管、纤维与空气气流及空气气流与热管之间的传热平衡关系,导出了一组热传导微分方程组,并利用计算机进行纺丝模拟,详细讨论了热管最低加热温度及对适宜的生产加热温度进行了选择及比较。Air forced convection and radiation of heat are the main ways for heat transfer in thermal channel. The heat transfer between fiber and wall of channel, fiber and air, air and wall of channel was discussed in detail. A series of differential equations of heat balance were established and with them numerical calculating was carried out in computer. By the results of analogue computation the minimal and best heating up temperature in thermal channel were discussed.
