摘  要:为提高WS系列低分子量PVC树脂的初期热稳定性,进行了添加热稳定剂为重点的小试工作,同时考察了有机过氧化酯类Tx23与Tx36复合引发体系替代EHP/ABVN引发体系、不同牌号热稳定复合终止剂、pH调节剂磷酸三钙等小试,并取得了一些规律性小试数据,为进一步扩试和生产试验提供了依据。In order to improve the initial heat stability of WS series low molecular PVC resin,experiments have been carried out which focuses on the way of addition of heat stabilizers.Other experiments have also been carried out,such as the usage of organic peroxidase Tx23 and Tx36 multiple initiation system to replace EHP/ABVN system,the trial of different brands of heat stabilizing multiple terminating agents,and the usage of pH adjusting agents tricalcium phosphate.Some experimental data have been obtained and they could be used as a reference in the further studies of scale-up pilot runs and production runs.
