摘 要:在稠油出砂冷采机理和矿场实际资料深入研究的基础上,剖析关键性地质因素对出砂冷采的影响。阐述了稠油出砂冷采技术的主要适用条件,明确相应的开发技术策略。随着大量砂子的产出和泡沫油的形成,单井产量一般可达3~50t/d,是常规降压开采的数十倍至数百倍,采收率一般可达8%~15%.稠油出砂冷采技术最适用的油藏条件是:油层为疏松砂岩,砾石含量低;脱气原油粘度500~100000mPa·s;地层原油含气量10m3/t左右;油层压力大于2MPa;油层埋深200~1000m.边水和气顶的存在以及盖层厚度和夹层分布对稠油出砂冷采效果影响很大,在部署油井、确定射孔井段和排量时也应予以考虑。稠油出砂冷采技术对地层原油中含有溶解气的疏松砂岩稠油油藏具有广泛的适应性。On the basis of the in-depth study on the mechanism of cold production in heavy oil and field data,this paper has analyzed the effects of key geologic factors on cold production.To expound the main applicable conditions of cold production and define relevant technical tactics of development.With the massive sand production and the forma-tion of foamy oil,oil production of single well can achieve3~50t/d in average,ten to several hundred times of conven-tional production,recovery factor can reach8%~15%,as much as that of steam stimulation,the reservoirs,which are suitable to cold production,are those whose formation are loose,gravel content is low,dead oil viscosity is about 500~100000mPa·s,solution gas concentration in crude oil is about 10m 3 /t,reservoir pressure is higher than2MPa,forma-tion depth is about 200~1000m.The effect of edge water,gas cap,cap rock thickness and intermediate layer distribu-tion on cold production of heavy oil is great,which are important factors to deploy oil well and determine perforation in-terval and discharge capacity.This technique has extensive adaptability in such reservoirs as loose sandstone with solu-tion gas.
