摘　　要：本文比较深入地研究分析了中国高新技术产业风险投资的基本现状、存在问题和产生原因 ;借鉴国外市场经济成熟国家的经验 ,根据高新技术产业发展客观规律和市场经济建设的基本要求 ,提出了中国高新技术产业风险投资的机制体制框架。这对促进高新技术产业风险投资业的健康发展具有重要意义。This paper analyses in depth the current situation and existing problems with their causes of risk investment in high-tech industry in China.Using the experiences of other countries with mature market economy and in accordance with the objective law of development in high-tech industry and the basic demand of market economy , it puts forward a framework of mechanism system for risk investment in high-tech industry in China.It will play an important role for the healthy development in this respect.
