摘　　要：二滩水电站采用坝身泄洪、水垫塘消能方式。本文用模型试验、计算分析和工程类比的方法,对坝下水垫塘的水力设计问题进行了探讨,结果表明,溢流拱坝下游水垫塘的设计是经济合理的,可以满足坝身泄洪消能的要求。The pattern of flood release through dam and energy dissipation in plunge pool is adopted for Ertan Hydroeleetric Plant. The hydraulic design problem of plunge pool below dam is approached by method with model test, calculation analysis and project analogy in the paper. The result indicates that the plunge pool design below overflow arch dam is economically rational to meet the requirements of flood release through dam and energy dissipation
