摘 要:利用永磁电机三维气隙磁密波形分析了轴向双削角等厚瓦形磁钢对齿槽电枢永磁电机定位转矩和电枢元件感应电势波形的影响 ,比较了各种改善电机性能的方法和利弊 ,认定这种特殊设计的磁极有理想的磁密波形 ,稳定的充磁性能 ,磁钢完全利用 ,且只需传统的电机结构和工艺就可实现优异电机性能。对于无法兼顾全面性能的大功率电机而言更显优越。The effects of the Axial double cut iso-thick tile shape magnet to the position torque of the tooth-tough armature permanent-magnet motor and the induction EMF wave of the armature are analyzed in this paper by using the principle of 3 dimensional air-gap magnetic density wave of permanent-magnet motor. Various methods to improve these two performances in contrast are illustrated as well. The individual magnetic pole design is proved to be able to generate ideal magnetic density wave shape,stable magnetic charge performance and full magnetic utilization. By the introduction of this magnetic design, the electrical motor, especially the large power motor, can obtain excellent performance based on traditional motor structure and manufacturing process.Last,the flat bottom and flat side axial double cut iso-thick tile shape magnet and its picture is also discussed.At the end of this paper, which is easy to be manufactured and measured.
