摘 要:结合广东省电力系统近年来光纤差动保护的实际运行情况 ,分析了影响传统分相式全电流差动原理保护装置可靠性和灵敏度的各种因素 :负荷电流、线路的分布电容电流、制动系数k和TA特性。提出了一种利用相电流突变量构成分相式突变量差动保护 ,利用两端零序电流构成零序差动后备保护的新方案 ,即利用相电流突变量保护相间故障和接地故障 ,将零序差动保护作为高阻接地故障的后备保护手段 。Combined with the applications of fiber differential protections in Guangdong provincial electric power system, the main factors that influence the reliability and sensitivity of the differential protection based on phase split whole current differential principle are discussed. It includes load current, distributed capacitance current, parameter k and TA performance. Two new schemes are put forward, which are to constitute the phase split differential protection with sudden current change and the zero sequence differential backup protection with the zero sequence currents at the two line ends. The sudden phase current change is used to protect the inter phase fault and the zero sequence differential protection is used as the backup protection for grounding fault with high resistance. The proposed schemes are analyzed theoretically.
