摘　　要：传统电能量计量表计的应用仅是作为电能消费的收费依据。随着近 10a向电力市场化发展的需要 ,电能量计量表计的技术构造、应用功能、自动读表系统AMR(AutomaticMeteringReading)集成都发生了全新的变化。就电能量计量表计。The conventional electric energy meter only provides the basis for billing.Along with the development of electric power market for about ten years,the electric energy meter has changed thoroughly,from technical structure and application functions to automatic meter reading system aggregation.The development and new application of electric energy meter,AMR and system aggregation with SCADA are introduced.
