库区山洪暴发与持续干旱的机械防治措施

摘　　要：根据几年来的实践和探索 ,认为节水微滴灌技术系统结合高山峡谷陡坡地切断长陡坡、开挖蓄水池是农业和峡区水土保持的一个重要环节 。Technologies of drip irrigation, digging storage pool and cutting long steep slope of mountain are important ways for agriculture and soil and water conversations in the reservoir area. This article tries to find some mechanical measures to these burst mountain flood and continual drought.
