凉山钢鹅血液常规指标的测定

摘　　要：本试验测定了四川白鹅、凉山钢鹅、川凉鹅和凉川鹅的血液常规指标，结果表明：试验鹅的血红蛋白11．16～12．99g／100mL，红细胞数为315．0～333．0万个／μL，白细胞数为30600～32000个／μL，血小板数为17．9～18．5万个，血沉率为1／15、2／30、3／45、4／60mm，嗜酸性白细胞3．80％～4．50％，嗜碱性白细胞2．30％～2．50％，嗜中性白细胞35．80％～36．10％，淋巴细胞52．50％～53．40％，单核细胞为4．20％～4．50％。We have determined the routine blood index of Sichuan White Geese，Liangshan geese，Chuan－Liang geese and Liang－Chuan Geese，Their Hbs are 11．16～12．99（g／100mL）；red blood cell numbers，315．0～333．0thousands／μL；white blood cell numbers，30600～32000／μL；blood platelete numbers，17．9～18．5thousands／μL；ergthrocyte sedimentation rates（ESR），1／15，2／30，3／45，4／60（mm）．According to their differential counts，their eosinophiles are 3．80％～4．50％；basophils 2．30％～2．50％；neutrophils，35．80％～36．10％；Lymphocytes，52．50％～53．4％；monocytes，4．20％～4．50％．
