摘  要:在自动控制温度和光照长度的实验室内 ,采用直线回归法对截形叶螨与二斑叶螨卵的发育起点温度和有效积温进行了研究和分析 ,结果表明 :在 18~ 30℃范围内 ,截形叶螨与二斑叶螨的发育起点温度分别是 14 86℃和10 78℃ ;有效积温分别是 4 8 84、76 4 5日度。当温度在发育起点温度至 2 2℃范围内二斑叶螨卵的发育速率大于截形叶螨 ,而当温度高于 2The development threshold temperature and effective thermal summation of the eggs of Tetranychus truncatus and T urticae were studied in the automatic temperature and lighting cycle controlled laboratory. The results showed that under the temperatures ranging from 18℃ to 30℃, the developmental threshold temperatures of T. truncatus and T. urticae were 14.86℃ and 10.78℃,respectively, and their effective thermal summation were 48.84 day-degrees and 76.45 day-degrees, respectively by linear regression analysis. The eggs of T. urticae developed faster than those of T. truncatus under the temperatures ranging between development threshold and 22℃, whereas the eggs of T. truncatus developed faster than those of T. urticae above 22℃.
