摘　　要：介绍了水溶性涂饰剂涂膜的基本组成与临界颜料质量分数 (CPMC)的概念。通过试验研究得出了涂层的物化性能与颜料质量分数 (PMC)的关系 ,及助剂对 CPMC值的影响 ,找出了各组分涂膜的 CPMC值。颜料树脂涂膜的 CPMC值为 0 .4 3。其余涂膜由于助剂的加入而使涂膜的The basic component of film and the concept of critical pigment mass concentration(CPMC) of water finish were discussed. The relationship between film properties and pigment mass concentration(PMC) was reviewed by testing. The effect of auxiliary agent was also studied. The different component data of CPMC were found. The CPMC of the film, which was made up of resin and pigment, was 0.43. Experiments showed that the adding of auxiliary agents could improve the film CPMC and have effects on films′ physical properties.
