益生菌在水产养殖中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：在水产养殖中使用益生菌 ,能够改善养殖生态环境 ,提高水产动物的免疫力 ,抑制病原微生物 ,并促进水产动物生长发育。目前根据益生菌作用的不同 ,可将水产养殖用益生菌分为 4类 :①微生态水质调节剂 ;②抑制病原的微生物控制剂 ;③提高免疫力及促进生长的饵料添加剂 ;④诱导贝类附着变态的微生物。文章主要对上述Applying probiotics in aquaculture can improve the ecological environment of aquaculture, enhance the immunity of aquatic livestock, control pathogenetic microorganism and promote the growth of aquatic livestock. At present, the probiotics used in aquaculture can be divided into four kinds as per their functions: ①micro-ecological water quality regulator; ②pathogenetic microorganism inhibiter; ③feed additive for enhancing immunity and promoting growth; ④mutagenic agent for shellfish. This paper summarizes the resent research conditions of the application of the above mentioned four kinds of probiotics in aquaculture.
