清嘉道时期淮盐经营成本的估算和讨论

摘　　要：清嘉道时期，因朝廷和盐政机构对两淮盐业的敛取过多，商人经营官盐无利可图，必须通过夹带盐斤的方式才能获利，致使淮盐实际运销总量比官方定额（以重量计）高出近一倍。但因淮盐价高及官府缉私效果有限，商人不能完成每年１６９万引的定额，以致年年赔课不断，最终走向衰落。In the Period of Jia Dao in the Qing Dynasty,because of more wealth being accumulated by unfair means by salt management structure,the merchants could get any profit. They might carry much more quantity of salt to limited number of official. Another reason was so high price of Huai salt that the tradesmen could not complet the task of 1,690,000 yin.
