肾安冲剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :考察肾安冲剂对慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法 :采用随机分组对照观察法 ,治疗组 30例采用肾安冲剂与常规西药治疗 ,对照组 15例采用西药治疗 ,对症状、体征、血清肌酐 (Scr)、尿素氮 (BUN)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积 (HCT)及尿中细胞外基质成分 (ECM )排泄量进行对照观察。结果 :治疗组总有效率 83.3% ,对照组总有效率 6 0 % ,两组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。且治疗组在降低Scr、BUN、Hb、HCT等方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅳ型胶原 (COL -Ⅳ )、纤维连接蛋白 (FN)及层粘连蛋白 (LN)含量均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Shenanchongji (SACJ) for treating chronic renal failure (CRF). Method: 45 patients were selected randomly, 30 used for treating group consisting of SACJ and west medicine, 15 for contrasting group just only treated with west medicine, while the following indexes were used for evaluation: symptoms, physical sign,serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),hemoglobin(Hb),haematocrit (HCT),urine's extracellular matrix (ECM),etc. Results: The total efficacy rate for treating group was 83.3%, while 60% in contrasting group, and there was significant difference between two groups. As for Scr, BUN, Hb and HCT, they were in lower level in treating group than that in contrasting group (P<0.05); on the contrary, for collagen IV (COL-IV), fibronectin (FN) and laminin (LN), they were in higher level in treating group than that in contrasting group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenanchongji has satisfied efficacy for treating CRF.
