关于薄膜干涉中额外程差的问题

摘　　要：指出了教科书中有关薄膜干涉额外程差在两种情况下论述的不妥 ,并根据菲涅耳公式推导出薄膜干涉中当n1<n2 >n3 或n1>n2 <n3 时额外程差不为λ/ 2的特例和当n1>n2 >n3 或n1<n2 <n3 的额外程差不为The inappropriateness of the exposition is pointed out under the following cases on extra range differences in film interference in the textbook. Meantime, from Fresnel formula, the specialties are introduced, that the extra range differences in film interference are not λ/2 when n 1<n 2>n 3 or n 1>n 2<n 3,nor 0 when n 1>n 2>n 3 or n 1<n 2<n 3, and summary is given.
