摘　　要：In this paper, we investegate the intersection of a maximal intransitive subgroup with a maximal imprimitive subgroup. And, the structure of the second maximal intransitive subgroup of an alternating group is determined.In this paper, we investegate the intersection of a maximal intransitive subgroup with a maximal imprimitive subgroup.
