摘  要:把水资源危机严重的北方地区作为研究区域 ,分析了北方地区湖泊生物多样性的历史与现状 ,阐述了长期以来北方地区湖泊管理的误区 ,建立了湖泊生态安全评价指标体系 ,提出了北方地区湖泊恢复与可持续发展对策 :以确定湖泊生态环境需水量为核心 ,对湖泊实施科学管理 ;加强湿地保护和恢复、重建 ;The North China which is one of the most serious district in water crisis in China was selected asresearch objection.In this paper the history and exsiting state of the lakes bio-diversity in the district were in-depth analysis.The misunderstanding for the lake management was discussed.Base on developing target system of the lake ecological safety evaluation some suggestion focused on the eco-recovery and sustainable development of the lakes in the North China were put forward:it was key to determine the ecological water demand of the lakes then to manage the lakes according to the science manner.It should be strengthen to protect,recovery and reconstruct the wetland.It would be important to develop rapidly eco-environmental engineering suited to the actual situation of the North District in China.
