摘 要:研究了几种苯酚磺酞类酸性染料与蛋白质的结合反应 ,发现染料pKa 值与蛋白质等电点相近易于结合 ,共振光散射信号强 ,灵敏度高 ;染料的吸收峰、谷与染料 -蛋白质包合物共振散射谷、峰波长基本对应 ;电负性取代基越多染料 pKaThe absonption spectra and scattering spectra for the selected dyes and their complexes with bovine serum albumin(BSA) have been investigated.The intensities in the two kinds of spectra varied with the pH of medium solution in the range from 2.5 to 5.6,while the positions for absorption and scattering peaks had little change with the change in pH. Experiments also showed that the intensities of Raleight light scattering for the complexes of dyes proteins were very strong compared with those for pure dyes and protein solutions.This enhanced signal was refered to as resonance enhanced light scattering,and will be wseful for developing some new sensitive method for the assay of protein.
