浅谈效力待定的合同

摘　　要：相对于具有法律效力的合同来讲,效力待定的合同不完全具备合同生效的条件。我国新《合同法》对三种效力待定的合同应如何区别和处理作了明确的规定。这就有效地保护了合同当事人的权益,扩大了市场交易的空间。Relative to the contracts of legal authentication, the contracts of waiting for defining authentication are not to have the conditions of legal authentication. The new 'Law of Contract' in China has made definations of distinguish and dealing with the three sorts of the contracts of waiting for defining authentication, which effectively protects the rights and interestsof the contract person concerned, and enlarges the room of market business.
