对房屋增层改建设计和施工问题的探讨

摘　　要：通过一幢多层砖木结构旧房的增层改建实践 ,阐述了砖木结构房屋改建成混合结构房屋和房屋增层所采用的结构构造措施 ,并指出了在设计和施工中应注意的问题 。This article puts forward how the buildings with brick-wood structure are reconstructed to the ones with mixed structure & elaborates the structural measure adopted by the buildings' increasing storey . Meanwhile ,it arises some problems for attention in the course of design & construction which have a certain referential value for the future old buildings' reconstruction.
