卡提素对哮喘患者T-淋巴细胞亚群和血清总IgE的影响

摘　　要：目的 :比较哮喘患者应用卡提素治疗前后 T淋巴细胞亚群和血清总 Ig E的变化 ,进一步探讨该药对细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。方法 :应用流式细胞仪检测 5 0例健康人、5 0例哮喘患者 T淋巴细胞亚群(OKT3、OKT4 、OKT8细胞 ) ,酶联免疫吸附法测定血清总 Ig E水平。结果 :用药后哮喘患者 OKT4 细胞减少 ,OKT8细胞增多 ,致使 T4 /T8比值降低 ,P<0 .0 5。健康人血清总 Ig E(3 0 2 .1± 3 3 .2 ) IU/ml,哮喘患者治疗前(866.8± 89.6) IU/m L,治疗后 (784.3± 80 .2 ) IU/ml,经 t检验 ,哮喘患者与对照组比较 ,有极显著性差异 ,P<0 .0 1。而治疗前后无显著性差异 ,P>0 .0 5。结论 :卡提素具有调节细胞免疫和体液免疫作用 ,可能是通过抑制 T辅助细胞增强Objective:The changes of T lymphocyte subgroups and serum IgE of asthmatic patients before and after treatment with BCG E were compared.The influences of BCG E on cytoimmunity and humoral immunity were further investigated.Methods:T lymphocyte subgroups (OKT 3,OKT 4,OKT 8) were detected by stream cell instrument in 50 normal persons and 50 asthma cases.Serum IgE was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results:OKT 4 cells of the asthmatic patients decreased and OKT 8 increased after treatment,causing T 4/T 8 ratio to decrease ( P <0 05).The total serum IgE of healthy persons was (302.1±31 2)IU/ml( x±s ) and serum IgEs of the asthmatic patients were (866 8±89 6) and (784 3±80 2)IU/ml before and after treatment respectively,with differences being significant ( P <0 01).Conclusion:BCG E might regulate cytoimmunity and humoral immunity by inhibiting T helper (Th) lymphocytes and stimulating T suppressor (Ts) lymphocytes.
