易善复(必需磷脂)治疗慢性乙肝近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察易善复治疗慢性乙肝的疗效。方法 :选择同期住院慢性乙型肝炎病人 ,治疗组及对照组各 5 0例 ,观察治疗半月、1月后临床症状与血生化指标的变化情况。结果 :应用易善复治疗组在临床症状与血生化指标恢复方面均显著优于对照组 ,P<0 0 5。结论 :易善复作为肝细胞膜保护剂近年来用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎其疗效显著 ,用药过程中未发现任何副作用 ,临床使用安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Essentiale N on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Choose 100 chronic hepatitis B patients who have entered the hospital at the same time and separate them into 2 teams,the curing team and the contrasting team,each team has 50 patients.Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and the blood biochemistry target after cured for half month and one month.Result:The team using Essentiale N shows better at both clinical symptoms and recovery of blood biochemistry target than the contrasting team(P<0.05).Conclusion:Essentiale N using as the protector of liver cell membrane has obvious effect on curing chronic hepatitis B in recent years.No side effect has been discovered during treating period.It is safe for clinical treatment.
