下腔静脉后输尿管的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：目的 :为提高下腔静脉后输尿管的诊断和治疗水平。方法 :报告 6例下腔静脉后输尿管的临床资料。 6例患者均行输尿管造影等检查 ,影像学表现为输尿管呈鱼钩状或S形特征 ,对其中 2例并输尿管CT检查。治疗均行输尿管复位术。结果 :6例患者术前均明确诊断。术后 3— 6个月复查症状消失 ,肾积水程度减轻 ,吻合口无狭窄。结论 :下腔静脉后输尿管的诊断主要依靠IVU及逆行输尿管造影检查 ;输尿管造影结合输尿管CT检查方法可靠、准确。输尿管复位术是治疗此病有效的方法。Objective:To improve the diagnosing and treating level to circumcaval ureter.Methods:Report the clinical data of 6 cases of circumcaval ureter.examine the shapes of 6 patients' juxtaposed ureters and so on.Their ureters display to be fishhook shape or S shape.Do CT to 2 cases of juxtaposed ureter.Cure them by doing dislocation-correcting operation of juxtaposed ureters.Result:6 patients were all diagnosed correctly before operations.Symptoms disappeared 3-6 months after operations in re-examinations.The level of stagnant water in kidney lightened and the anastomosises were not narrow.Conclusion:The diagnosis of major circumcaval ureter depends on IVU and retrograde ureter's shaping examination.Ureter's shaping examination combines ureter's CT examination is accurate and reliable.Dislocation-correcting operation is an effective method to this kind of disease.
